Lush Gardens is fully insured and licensed.
When you book your landscape with Lush Gardens we try and offer the most premium and healthy plants available to us, always assess the site conditions of your yard before recommending a plant, and use specific planting practices and amendments to help the plant thrive in Georgia clay. Most plant stress and deaths come from improper planting or planting an incorrect species of plant for your specific site conditions.
(ie a full shade plant in a full sun space)
most plants are susceptible to disease and pests simply due to stress.
Correct cultural practices keep yards thriving but even our best efforts aren't foolproof.
We all know plants aren't cheap, and sometimes even the best cared for plants, even the correct plant for the correct space mysteriously dies. I'm convinced some plants are just stubborn. Here at Lush Gardens we offer ease of mind for one year after your first initial investment for 100% of the cost of that plant.
What that means,
We offer a full warranty after your initial landscape install on all plants purchased through us.
The warranty lasts for one full year after your installation date assuming your plants got good care and proper watering.
Why one year?
It takes most plants one to two years to become fully established and drought tolerant, the first year is critical and most plants will either make it or won't within that first year. We always work with you on trouble shooting, should the plant need special care or any kind of plant RX in the event that the plant might be saved. We believe in educating you the homeowner, on the best plant care practices to help keep the plants happy and your investment from suffering.
What we don't cover.
Plants purchased through another vendor but installed by us arent eligible for warranty. (we will still work with you on trouble shooting!)
We do not cover re-installation or re-delivery, but keep our re-delivery to a moderate low price so that again you the homeowner don't suffer.
